Sportive saddle range
A big part of my work at CUBE Bikes are saddles. As product designer and manager I'm in charge developing the sportive saddle range from the first sketch until the production. In close cooperation with experts and our suppliers we create very innovative and highly competitive products.

Cahden NODE
The ACID CAHDEN NODE is a premium lightweight carbon saddle combining the unique possibilities of 3D printing with the extreme qualities of carbon fibre. Its innovative carbon construction delivers tailored compliance across the saddle surface for a smooth pedalling action. A leaf spring design connects the rails to the front and rear of the seat to absorb impacts and road buzz so you can concentrate on enjoying the ride. Different functional zones across the special 3D-printed padding’s NODE structure improve comfort and support power transfer, while the central anatomical channel relieves pressure on the sensitive soft tissue of the perineum.

Cahden
The ACID CAHDEN is an ultra-light, premium full carbon monocoque saddle. Its innovative carbon construction delivers tailored compliance across the saddle surface for a smooth pedalling action. Leaf springs connecting the rails to the front and rear of the seat absorb impacts and road buzz, while the generously proportioned central anatomical channel relieves pressure on the soft perineal tissue. The result: more performance and more endurance courtesy of enhanced comfort and reduced fatiguing.

Nuance X
The ACID NUANCE X is a premium saddle optimised for off-road racing. It’s a supreme combination of light weight and comfort courtesy of the ultra-light carbon-fibre rails and EVA padding. The raised rear supports the pelvis when pedalling and climbing, while the ergo-relief channel reduces pressure on the soft perineal tissue. Hammock cuts – special cutouts beneath the sit bones – improve pressure distribution and support the natural movement of your pelvis while pedalling. Abrasion-resistant zones at the sides offer added durability. Comes with an integrated SILink for the quick, practical attachment of compatible accessories.

ONE
Navigate the urban jungle, hit the trails or rack up the road miles with the stylish all-round saddle, the ACID ONE. Its innovative construction uses an overmoulded rail and screw connection to the shell that allows the saddle to be separated into its constituent parts at the end of its useful life. The ergo-relief channel and deep-shell seatbone areas relieve pressure and ensure maximum comfort on short trips and extended tours alike. Comes with an integrated SILink for the quick, practical attachment of compatible accessories.

Venec Gravity
The VENEC GRAVITY saddle is designed specifically to cope with the rigours of downhill riding. Less of a seat and more of a steering aid for your thighs, we incorporated several functional zones into the durable cover: extra-grippy zones for steering and smooth zones to keep you moving dynamically. The slimline design also improves the manoeuvrability around the saddle. It pairs low weight with outstanding durability courtesy of an intelligent construction from hollow Cr-Mo rails, a reinforced polyamide shell and EVA padding.

Venec E-MTB
The ACID VENEC E-MTB saddle is specially designed and developed for sportive e-mountain bikes. The lightweight and comfortable EVA padding guarantees excellent performance even on long uphill passages. The ACID VENEC CERA is a mountainbike saddle designed around the female anatomy and optimised for steep climbs and tough descents. CERA combines the goals of comfort and ergonomics, which we have achieved through systematic research and analysis. The dual-foam padding combines a specially formed support foam to provide stability for the pelvis when pedalling with a softer outer foam for outstanding comfort. An ergo-relief channel with central cutout optimised for women reduces pressure on the soft tissue of the perineum, while the shock absorber technology between the rail and seat absorbs shocks and vibrations from riding on gravel and rough surfaces.
